Day 8: MyFitnessPal #100DaysofProduct
Product Feature : Supplement Food option
It's the 4th product for the #100daysofPM challenge I started with my friend Samuel.
I chose to study the MyFitnessPal application because I got into a Ketogenic diet and have to track my calories. MyFitnessPal helps ensure people eat enough to fuel their workouts without overeating. By doing this, they achieve better muscle growth, which will boost metabolism and help them burn more fat more quickly.
With over 1 million world wide users, the application has become a name to resonate with in the health and fitness industry. The mobile application allows you to explore a wide range of features, which may include;
Free:
- Calorie Counter
- Meal Tracker
- Weight Tracker with picture
- Workout Tracker
- Progress Chart
- Goal setting and milestones
- Nutrition Blog
- Fitness Blog
- Dietary Challenge
- Fitness Challenge
- Step count
Members Only:
- All free features
- Data export to sheet
- Macro and Micro nutrient tracking
And so much more.
As a fitness enthusiast, there are some supplements we take daily to make up for what our body cannot produce, like essential amino acids or branch chain amino acids, vitamins or electrolytes.
MyFitnessPal covers food, exercise, water and weight.. what happened to supplements?
